- Cash Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating the sale for all cash sales.
- This may include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, order quality, and providing administrative support to the sales department as well as the logistics department.
- The role may also involve data entry, maintaining sales records, and assisting logistics with dispatching orders.
- Organizational and communication skills are typically required for this position.

Responsibilities
Must be able to use computerized equipment and technology.
Use of telephone, computers, cell phones and other electronic devices is essential.
Must be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsible for managing the entire bid/quoting process for basic jobs including the distribution of pricing information to customers and sales reps, and communication of final sale results with the logistics team.
Manage the quote follow-up process, including identifying and logging new quotes as well as coordinating the delivery with the logistics team.
Manage billing exception and re-billing process., as well as the capabilities to process credit cards
