With over 200 years combined food service experience, our team is looking to add a bilingual (Spanish and English) HR Generalist to the team. We work with our clients to create customized product solutions that are the freshest, easiest-to-prepare, and most cost-effective products available.  We are seeking someone who has at least 1 years of Human Resources experience. Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize. Responsibilities

• Recruitment and hiring: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring process. 
   
• Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. 

• Benefits and compensation: Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll. 

• Performance management: Track and review employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and help with employee development. 

• Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, and help resolve workplace issues. 

• Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations. 

• Training and development: Coordinate training programs and support employee career growth. 

• Policy implementation: Help develop and implement company HR policies and procedures.
