As an Industrial Delivery Coordinator, you will manage the talent supply and order fulfillment process, focusing on light industrial and other operational segments. You will utilize the Randstad App and various sourcing channels to maximize client order fill rates and ensure a smooth start for all new hires.

Responsibilities

Managing Order Fulfillment (Approx. 70% of Time)

• Fulfillment & Coordination: Utilize the existing talent supply in the Randstad App to manage client order fulfillment and coordinate day one starts and site orientations for talent.
  
  
• Monitoring: Proactively monitor the service desktop for talent arrivals, call-offs, and assignments ending soon.
  
  
• Recruiting Activity: Execute outbound recruiting activity to matched talent for unfilled and under-dispatched orders.
  
  
• Compliance: Coordinate the timely completion of all required compliance steps, including background checks and drug screens.
  
  

Building Talent Supply & Onboarding (Approx. 30% of Time)

• Sourcing: Execute a sourcing and recruiting strategy using various channels (social networks, resume sites, past applicants, referrals) to identify and attract potential talent.
  
  
• Onboarding Optimization: Ensure talent advances seamlessly through the digital journey to complete all required onboarding steps within the Randstad App.
  
  
• Communication: Craft and send effective recruiting and referral messages via in-app messages, texts, and email.
