As a Retail Merchandiser, you will serve as the representative of our brand in each store and collaborate closely with our retail partners. You will operate autonomously while cooperating with local store teams to execute memorable displays and manage product stock effectively. Pay rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 7am - 12pm and Sat 7am-10am Benefits: Paid training, mobile phone allowance, transportation expense reimbursement, access to medical, vision, and dental benefits Minimum qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
• Must have reliable personal transportation to reach all assigned store locations

• Must be available to work during peak season (November-May)

Responsibilities

• Ensure floral displays are well-organized, visually appealing, and kept in excellent condition at various retail locations
• Monitor, restock, and manage flower inventory levels to maximize sales and minimize waste
• Communicate with your supervisor by submitting daily reports and updates via a mobile device
• Work collaboratively with store employees and managers while maintaining a professional and friendly presence with customers
• Assist with special setup and stocking tasks, particularly to handle increased product demand during major holidays and peak sales seasons
