Responsibilities
- Accurately review and verify customer billing statements.
- Efficiently process and manage customer purchase orders in line with company guidelines.
- Validate bills of lading to ensure proper documentation of shipments.
- Liaise with the traffic department to coordinate logistics and resolve any transportation issues.
- Collaborate closely with buyers and sales representatives to address customer needs and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain precise customer files and order records.
- Provide essential administrative and account support to guarantee timely order and billing completion.
