Duties & Responsibilities
- Place high-volume outbound calls (not on an auto-dialer).
- Engage with potential claimants to gather required information.
- Provide empathetic communication to individuals who may have serious health conditions.
- Build rapport quickly to establish trust and encourage participation.
- Accurately document customer information and responses.
- Overcome objections and address concerns professionally.
- Work off a provided contact list and follow up as necessary.
- Self-motivated and persistent in making outbound calls.
- Positive and energetic personality.
- Speaks clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Comfortable using and pronouncing medical terminology.
- Background in sales, call centers, debt relief, talent acquisition, or medical support preferred.
- bilingual (English/Spanish) is a priority.
- Experience overcoming objections in customer interactions.
- Comfortable following up with the same contact multiple times.
