We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-stakes setting and can manage the CEO's operational flow with efficiency and foresight.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's primary operational partner, expertly managing intricate calendars, coordinating all domestic and international travel logistics, processing expense reports, and handling high-volume professional correspondence.
- Act as a central, professional point of contact for internal staff, the Board of Directors, key investors, and critical external partners.
- Proactively prepare the CEO for all engagements, compiling necessary materials, presentations, and background information to ensure they are fully informed for meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Organize and manage the end-to-end execution of high-profile events, including executive strategy retreats and Board meetings.
- Take responsibility for all logistical aspects of Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, material distribution, minute taking, and managing follow-up action items.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across various departments to ensure seamless progress and alignment on key organizational projects.
- Provide limited personal assistance to the CEO with the utmost level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- A minimum of 7+ years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-level executives (CEO, COO, President) within a professional business or corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to expertly prioritize diverse tasks, handle sensitive information with complete discretion, and maintain impeccable accuracy.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong, foundational business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Experience in administering or coordinating support for a corporate Board of Directors or an executive committee is a significant advantage.
