Responsibilities

The Account Representative serves as the key contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial documentation, and high customer satisfaction. This role requires a confident, reliable, and self-motivated professional capable of managing tasks independently.

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
• Invoicing and Financial Administration: Prepare, generate, and process accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Basic Financial Calculations: Utilize basic math skills to calculate costs, discounts, totals, and verify billing accuracy.
• Service Excellence: Deliver consistently high-quality customer service, striving to exceed client expectations on every interaction.
• Order Processing: Manage the lifecycle of customer orders from initial input to final delivery confirmation.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of client communications, transactions, and account activities.
