About the Role Join our fill/finish team to manufacture and package sterile drug products. You'll perform formulation, sterile filtration, vial/syringe filling, visual inspection, labeling, and packaging while following SOPs and GMP. You'll document work accurately, keep areas clean/safe, and partner with QA/QC and Supply Chain to meet schedule and quality goals.
Here’s What You’ll Need: (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science field
- 0–2 years in GMP manufacturing or similar environment preferred; we will train solid entry-level candidates.
- Comfortable working in cleanrooms with full gowning and standing for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to ~35 lbs.
- Basic computer skills (batch records, training systems).
- Visual inspection tasks may require corrected 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish colors (preferred).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, follows instructions, communicates clearly, and works well on a team.

Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Execute formulation, sterile filtration, vial filling, visual inspection, labeling, and packaging per Standard Operating Procedures and cGMPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records following guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage inventory and track the reorder of all necessary materials.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical and compliance issues while maintaining individual training compliance.
- Contribute to a safe working environment, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean operating area.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of equipment used in manufacturing.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts and provide feedback for process optimization.
- Flexibility to work off hours and overtime to meet production demands and process schedules.
- Adhere to gowning procedures and maintain a clean general operating area.
