Responsibilities
- Execute and meticulously document line clearances, equipment wash-downs, and changeovers between production runs, strictly adhering to SSOPs to maintain a hygienic processing environment and prevent cross-contamination.
- Oversee the operation of high-speed processing and packaging equipment, ensuring continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety plans (HACCP/HARPC), and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete and maintain accurate production documentation, including detailed batch records and critical control point (CCP) checks, to guarantee product traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct in-process quality assurance checks, including product inspection, net weight verification, and packaging integrity tests, to uphold rigorous standards for food safety and quality.
- Identify, report, and actively assist in the troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and production flow interruptions, contributing to root cause analysis when necessary.
