Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain high-volume shipping data in company systems. Requires excellent typing speed and accuracy and attention to detail.
- System Integrity: Transfer and verify data, organize files, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage load schedules (90% truck, 10% rail/export) and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the Liaison between Sales, Suppliers, and Customers, resolving discrepancies and handling quality exceptions in collaboration with Accounting (AP/AR) and Logistics.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with all internal and external stakeholders to provide high-level customer service.
What We Require:
- Experience: Entry-Level. No prior recycling experience is necessary.
- Skills: High computer proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities
• Adapt to changing market conditions which can result in changes to load schedules.
• Manage quality and safety exceptions with sense of urgency upon notification to minimize cost.
• Respond to inquiries timely, review discrepancies and research data, as necessary.
• Responsible for meeting weekly metrics set by management to ensure all loads are being maintained and managed accordingly.

• Effectively and clearly communicate with all stakeholders to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Develop and nurture positive and collaborative relationships with all internal and external capabilities such as Logistics, Accounting and Sales.
