Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily dispatch and routing of construction crews, materials, and heavy equipment (trucks, machinery) to multiple job sites.
- Serve as the primary bilingual communication hub between Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and the field workforce.
- Utilize GPS and tracking software to monitor and adjust real-time schedules to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.
- Accurately record and document all dispatch activities, work orders, and crew movements.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling high-pressure situations and unexpected scheduling changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mandatory: Complete fluency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Dispatch, Logistics, or Fleet Management role, preferably within the construction, trucking, or heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities
- Logistics & Scheduling (70%):
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field crews, equipment (e.g., trucks, excavators, lifts), and materials to various job sites in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor crew progress and location using tracking software, adjusting schedules and routing as necessary to meet project deadlines and resolve on-site delays.
- Track and manage the location, status, and maintenance needs of all company vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Process and verify daily work orders, ensuring all necessary permits and safety documentation are in place before dispatching.
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field crews, equipment (e.g., trucks, excavators, lifts), and materials to various job sites in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication & Support (20%):
- Act as the primary point of contact for field crews, site supervisors, and project managers, providing clear and concise instructions.
- Fluently communicate (written and verbal) in English and Spanish to liaise with a diverse workforce, subcontractors, and clients.
- Handle incoming service calls and requests, troubleshooting basic operational issues and escalating complex problems to management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field crews, site supervisors, and project managers, providing clear and concise instructions.
- Administrative & Reporting (10%):
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dispatch logs, daily activity reports, and databases.
- Assist in compiling time sheets and daily productivity reports based on dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT and company regulations regarding driver logs and equipment movement.
