Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary non-sales point of contact for clients, handling all general inquiries, complex support questions, and customer complaints via phone and email.
- Proactively engage with established clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and foster long-term business relationships through regular communication.
- Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including precise data entry, processing of purchase orders, and managing internal fulfillment requests.
- Coordinate directly with logistics and warehousing teams to confirm timely shipment, proactively track delayed deliveries, and ensure customers receive consistent, accurate status updates.
- Take ownership of service issues, efficiently addressing and resolving customer complaints related to product, delivery, or invoicing.
- Manage and process necessary adjustments, including organizing product returns, coordinating reverse logistics, and accurately handling credit notes and billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales/Business Development team to support account growth objectives.
- Provide administrative and logistical support in customer meetings and identify emerging opportunities for product upsells or additional service offerings based on client feedback.
