We seek a self-driven, strategic Human Resources Business Partner to be the essential liaison between operations and people strategy within our dynamic manufacturing environment, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. You will partner with Senior Management to develop and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives, provide daily consultative support to foster a culture of accountability and change management, and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, and performance guidance. Your role includes leading Succession Planning and talent reviews, overseeing core HR functions (compensation, benefits, payroll), managing employee relations and legal compliance, and utilizing data to drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting are required, along with knowledge of labor law and proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies like Lean/5S. Responsibilities

• Strategy & Consultation: Partner with Senior Management on HR strategies supporting business objectives. Provide daily consultative HR support to leaders/employees, fostering accountability and change management.
  
  
• Talent Management: Support leaders in recruitment, onboarding, and development. Guide on performance management using consistent feedback. Facilitate Succession Planning and talent reviews (technical/behavioral) to identify talent, gaps, and development needs. Conduct training.
  
  
• Core HR Operations: Oversee benefits, compensation, and payroll. Manage leave and worker's compensation. Create, maintain, and update policies, job descriptions, and the handbook.
  
  
• ER & Compliance: Investigate and resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues and manage terminations. Ensure compliance with all employment laws.
  
  
• Workforce & Improvement: Analyze staffing/turnover data for workforce strategies. Use HR reporting/dashboards to drive continuous improvement. Participate in process improvement activities (Lean, 5S). Stay current on compensation trends.
  
  
• Performance Cycle: Support performance evaluation process, including objective setting and reviews.
