Our client is seeking a tenacious, entrepreneurial Manufacturing Sales Representative to pioneer our expansion into a previously untapped territory. As the founding member of this regional sales effort, you will have the unique opportunity to build your book of business from the ground up, introducing our top-tier safety solutions to end-users in manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors.

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (The Mission):

• Territory: Strategically map out and execute an aggressive go-to-market strategy for the new territory, identifying high-value targets among distributors and end-user facilities.
  
  
• Hunter Mentality: Proactively prospect, cold-call, and network to generate net-new opportunities. You will be the face of our client in a market where we are largely unknown.
  
  
• End-User Advocacy: Bypass gatekeepers to get in front of Safety Directors, Plant Managers, and EHS professionals to demonstrate the superior protection and ROI of our equipment.
  
  
• Channel Partnership: Identify, onboard, and train key industrial distributors in the region to act as force multipliers for your sales efforts.
  
  
• Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, providing crucial market intelligence back to HQ regarding local competition, regulatory trends, and product gaps to inform future manufacturing.
