• Lead System Integrity: Maintain and update the global Learning Management System (LMS) with meticulous accuracy, managing course information, participant enrollments, and trainer data to ensure seamless accessibility.
• Champion Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and stakeholders globally, resolving training-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Drive Operational Compliance: Ensure all training administration and processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of integrity and security.
• Facilitate & Coordinate Programs: Manage comprehensive logistics for in-person and virtual training events, effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely communication and successful execution.
• Leverage Data for Impact: Generate reports on key training metrics, participation, and completion rates, analyzing outcomes to support management review and drive operational excellence.

Core Competencies:

• 8+ years of experience working in a Corporate Learning Role.
• Expertise in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Service Management tools and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
