This is a fully remote position, requiring a laser focus on tracking and expediting Purchase Orders (POs) through high-volume email communication.

Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Management & Expediting: Actively follow up on all Purchase Orders (POs) sent to vendors via extensive email communication.
- Confirmation & Tracking: Confirm vendor receipt of all POs and meticulously obtain and document accurate Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) for all open orders.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a key communication link between Medline buyers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving low-level logistical issues swiftly.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate purchasing data, primarily through robust Excel management and interaction with the SAP system.
- Process Adherence: Ensure all purchasing and follow-up activities comply with internal procedures and high-volume work environment standards.
