Responsibilities
- Become an expert user of the proprietary SaaS platform to lead effective product demonstrations for prospects and training for new users.
- Oversee client implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and successful platform adoption into their existing workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing proactive, high-quality support to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor client performance and usage, contributing directly to account retention and growth strategies.
- Act as the (SME) during client and sales discussions to demonstrate compliance credibility.
- Execute all administrative licensing functions, including processing new applications, renewals, state appointments, terminations, and updates for producers and carriers.
- Systematically verify licensing and appointment statuses across all client entities to maintain full regulatory adherence.
- Actively research and interpret current and emerging state insurance regulations, guidelines, and standards (including those from NAIC and NIPR).
- Ensure all internal and external materials and communications related to the platform comply with the latest regulatory requirements.
