Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Manage essential regulatory tasks, including processing Material Extensions and OTC Product Registrations.
- Accurately create and update Ingredient Listings (ILNs) for product formulations.
- Review product packaging and artwork to verify compliance with current U.S. and Canadian regulatory labeling requirements.
- Maintain data integrity by cleaning and updating data within various internal regulatory databases and electronic systems.
- Support completion of crucial regulatory deadlines, including Pennsylvania Annual Renewals and FDA Monograph Fees.
- Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Regulatory team.
- Working understanding of U.S. and Canadian cosmetic and OTC regulations
- Experience using regulatory software systems, databases, or electronic documentation systems.
- Demonstrated ability in basic data analysis, strong data accuracy checks, clear written and verbal communication
- Benefit from a flexible work week (on-site 3 days, remote 2 days) in Melville, NY.
- Enjoy reduced weekly hours (30.5 hours total) while still earning a competitive hourly rate of $30.00/hr.
- Receive comprehensive training in proprietary regulatory software and systems specific to U.S. and Canadian cosmetic compliance.
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Fri: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
