We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable professional to join a growing and dynamic team in a project role. This position is responsible for accurately applying cash and maintaining precise receivable records for the organization. As an AR Analyst, you will play a vital part in ensuring the financial accuracy and smooth daily operations of our accounting functions. Responsibilities

• Accurately post, balance, and reconcile all high-volume bank transactions (ACH, checks, credit cards) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  
  
• Initiate accurate payment journal entries within Microsoft D365 to ensure proper revenue recognition and reporting
  
  
• Prepare and maintain the daily/monthly cash receipts spreadsheet to provide clear visibility into cash flow
  
  
• Manage the Cash Application inbox and serve as the direct liaison with the bank to quickly resolve payment transmission or application issues
  
  
• Maintain clear departmental cash application documentation and actively work with management to identify and implement process efficiencies
  
  
• Consistently meet all required weekly/monthly deadlines and maintain records to support internal and external audit requests
