Responsibilities
- Coordinate the credit event process for the desks, support partners and clients
- Interpret legal documentation and other materials related to complex credit events
- Perform due diligence required by flood regulations
- Confidentiality agreement preparation and execution
- Due diligence package preparation and distribution
- Manage the go private process and access to information
- Start Date: ASAP (2 weeks after candidate has been identified)
- End Date: 4/15/26
- Hybrid schedule - mandatory 3 days onsite, 2 WFH
- contractor will be responsible for parking fees
