SAP Migration Veteran: You will be a key contributor to the migration from Paycom to SAP SuccessFactors, a market-leading enterprise HRIS. Gaining hands-on experience supporting this conversion is a career-defining asset that drastically accelerates professional growth.
- Meticulous Auditing: You will move beyond basic data entry. We require you to use VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables routinely to build custom audit reports, perform root cause analysis, and identify hidden variances. These tools will create permanent process improvements that reduce system and payroll errors, boosting financial accuracy and departmental efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: You will function as a Payroll Accountant, executing complex General Ledger (GL) reconciliation of payroll accruals, benefit accounts, and tax liabilities during critical month-end close cycles. This direct GL exposure is essential for high-level accounting careers. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: 2–5 years of solid experience in Accounting, Finance, or a data-heavy administrative role. Recent Accounting/Finance/Analytics graduates with proven Excel aptitude are strongly encouraged.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is mandatory.
- Mindset: Highly analytical, meticulously organized, and driven to solve compliance problems at the root cause.

Responsibilities
- ANALYTICS & HRIS: Execute mandatory VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables for data auditing and actively support the SAP SuccessFactors migration (data validation, parallel testing).
- FINANCIALS: Lead General Ledger (GL) reconciliation for bi-weekly payroll and prepare month-end accruals.
- PROCESSING: Manage multi-state payroll for 700 employees and administer all complex garnishments/FMLA/LOA compliance.
- COMPLIANCE: Maintain audit readiness and serve as the subject matter expert on regulatory inquiries.
