Our organization is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Executive Vice President, Construction to oversee all construction execution, project delivery, and field operations. This is a critical leadership role that partners directly with the executive team to drive organizational maturity, implement scalable systems, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency across our portfolio. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in residential construction, preference for custom home building.
- Demonstrated experience leading the operations of a construction company with a similar volume of business (e.g., $20M–$50M+ annual revenue).
- Financial acumen related to construction budgeting, cost controls, and capital management.
- Proven ability to lead large operational teams, successfully implement management systems, and drive organizational performance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Construction Leadership: Direct all daily construction operations, including project management, field supervision, estimating, and warranty services. Responsible for ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
- Operational Strategy: Partner with the executive team to define strategic goals, develop operational roadmaps, and implement systems to drive efficiency and organizational growth.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop all construction and operational staff. Responsible for workforce planning, performance reviews, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Financial & Cost Control: Manage construction budgets, capital expenditures, and cost reporting. Negotiate key vendor contracts and oversee cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain robust relationships with trade partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Ensure seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.
