Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management, providing timely support and resolution for HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update employee records within HR systems with a strict focus on data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas) to organize, analyze, and interpret complex HR data sets.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to assist leadership in making data-driven decisions regarding workforce management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and support data automation initiatives; utilization of tools such as Alteryx is highly valued.
- Draft clear and professional internal communications regarding HR updates, process changes, and requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support broad administrative needs and project deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
