Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex human capital data to provide actionable insights that support workforce planning and talent management decisions.
- Conduct rigorous data audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or errors; develop and implement recommendations to improve data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Champion process improvement by utilizing Microsoft Excel (advanced) and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual administrative burden.
- Interpret operational metrics to identify trends and present findings to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and the human capital team, providing guidance on core HR functions including employee relations, coaching, compensation strategy, and staffing.
- Interpret and apply HR policies to complex situations, ensuring compliance while maintaining a flexible, agile approach to meet business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize how data is utilized for talent processes, ensuring the business is making evidence-based people decisions.
- Own strategic conversations with senior leadership regarding organizational health, resource allocation, and talent gaps.
- Demonstrate agility in a fast-paced environment, quickly pivoting strategies to support changing business priorities.
- Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data findings and business strategy.
