We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Contract Customer Service Representative to support a contract project in Braintree, Massachusetts. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer support related to the distribution of checks and funds. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to service, and the ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound telephone inquiries from customers regarding the status, delivery, and distribution of checks and electronic funds.
  
  
• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to payment discrepancies, missing checks, stop payment requests, address changes, and fund transfer verification.
  
  
• Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  
  
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, federal regulations, and security protocols regarding the handling of confidential customer financial information.
  
  
• Clearly and courteously explain complex distribution procedures, timelines, and requirements to customers.
  
  
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate internal departments for advanced resolution.
