Responsibilities
- Project Governance: Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics for a critical regulatory remediation program.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, proactively identify and escalate risks/roadblocks to leadership, and ensure timely delivery of artifacts and regular progress reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication across diverse project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business lines (Wealth, Consumer, Commercial).
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure projects strictly adhere to AML laws and regulations. Identify, mitigate potential risks, and maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation.
- Training Management: Immediately manage and enforce timelines for the rollout of new process training (starting January) across all affected business lines.
- Procedure Updates: Oversee Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure procedures are updated properly and meet strict regulatory delivery dates.
- Go-Live Coordination: Support the final execution phase where technology pieces go live in February/March, targeting a March 30 Go-Live Date.
