Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking a motivated Portfolio Administrator to support the administration of Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) portfolios and help drive accurate, timely, and high-visibility reporting for institutional clients. Responsibilities

• Support the administration of Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) portfolios, including daily processing of trustee-provided cash and loan activity files.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations using Excel and internal systems; identify and resolve discrepancies by communicating with trustees, internal teams, and collateral managers.
• Update records across internal and trustee systems and deliver fully reconciled reports to clients each day.
• Settle bank loan trades, track asset attributes (accruals, ratings, industry codes), and provide daily reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly FASB (Financial Accounting Standards Board) reporting for engaged CDOs; act as liaison between CLO Deal Administration and Fund Services to resolve par and cash inquiries.
• Run and validate cash files, load market pricing, and reconcile positions with clients.
• Process replicate files and analyze month-over-month closing and ending balance discrepancies.
• Participate in hands-on training covering systems, deliverables, and reconciliation workflows; support team members as needed to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
