Responsibilities

• Proactively review inventory levels, forecast future material needs, and execute purchase orders (POs) through ERP system to ensure a steady, uninterrupted flow of materials
• Maintain close communication with approved vendors, actively monitor the status of open POs, and communicate potential delays to production teams to mitigate risk
• Take ownership of both system-tracked and non-system items (packaging, consumables), conducting regular physical inventory counts and managing stock levels across multiple warehouse locations
• Oversee the critical paperwork and tracking for co-packing partners and outside warehouses, ensuring meticulous and timely processing of all receiving and production documents
• Assist in reviewing and updating purchasing documentation, support monthly physical inventory reconciliation processes, and ensure adherence to all safety and quality fundamentals
• Manage the lifecycle of product labeling, coordinating new label development and existing label changes
