If you are used to being on your feet, juggling multiple customer requests, and solving problems on the fly, you will excel in this role. We will provide training on our specific systems—you just need to bring the work ethic and the bilingual communication skills.
About the Role Our client is looking for an energetic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative. You will act as the bridge between their customers and our production team. This role is a mix of office work and active movement—you will be responding to emails and entering orders, but you will also walk the production floor to check on order status and make sure things are running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Note: This position requires working Saturday mornings every other week.
- Order Entry: Accurately type customer orders into our computer system (we will train you on our software).
- Be the Liaison: Walk the production floor to "hunt down" answers. If a customer needs a rush order, you are the one who goes to the floor to make it happen.
- Customer Service: Answer phones and emails promptly. You must be professional, friendly, and responsive—just like you would be face-to-face in a store.
- Shipping & Docs: Create shipping labels (UPS/FedEx) and manage paperwork.
- Inventory Support: Assist with counting incoming materials and helping with inventory reports.
- bilingual (a plus!) Communication: Speak with customers and our internal production staff in both English and Spanish is a huge plus!
