Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
- Enrollment Support: Assist employees with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events (marriage, birth, etc.), and terminations within the HRIS.
- Employee Advocacy: Serve as a primary resource for employee questions regarding medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness programs, resolving issues with empathy and speed.
- Open Enrollment: Assist the broader HR team during the annual Open Enrollment period by distributing materials, answering questions, and processing changes.
- Wellness Initiatives: collaborate with vendors to support employee wellness programs and engagement activities.
- Orchestrate the Welcome: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring they feel welcome, prepared, and excited from Day 1.
- Orientation Facilitation: Lead and present at New Hire Orientation sessions (virtual and in-person at our Worcester HQ), introducing staff to Fallon’s history, mission, and culture.
- Compliance & Documentation: Oversee the collection and processing of all new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification, background checks, and tax forms, ensuring full compliance with state and federal laws.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure equipment, access, and training schedules are ready before the employee’s start date.
