Responsibilities
- Execute Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial requisition to candidate placement.
- Talent Sourcing: Source, identify, and proactively engage top-tier candidates using various channels, including professional networks, databases, job boards, and social media.
- Internal Partnership: Consult with hiring teams and department leaders to understand and define specific role requirements, team needs, and organizational fit.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate professional relationships with candidates via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person meetings, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, presenting only the most qualified individuals to hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process and compensation negotiations with candidates to successfully close the placement.
- Retention Support: Coach and check-in with placed talent via phone, virtually, and in-person to assist with engagement and retention.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement innovative and creative sourcing strategies to build talent pools for current and future needs.
- Provide placement services that consistently delight our hiring teams and new talent.
