We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team on a contract to hire basis. This individual will play a key role in budgeting, revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making for the Degree business. Excellent Excel and SQL experience required.

salary: $32 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze program performance, trends, and
variances to inform revenue forecasts monthly. Report changes to FP&A leadership
and operational teams.

2. Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Assist in development of the annual budget plan, working with cross-functional
teams. Analyze actual results vs. forecast/budget and explain variances.

3. Customer Payment Processing: Lead the reconciliation and processing of customer invoicing to ensure accuracy and
timeliness of payments.

4. Financial Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and support
strategic initiatives. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as
needed

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Operations, Sales,
Marketing) to gather data and understand financial impacts
