Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic bridge between the US Centers of Excellence (COEs) and local Acceleration Center (AC) People Teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Collaborate within a complex matrix organization to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Manage global relationships across various time zones and cultures, requiring flexibility for early morning meetings to ensure real-time collaboration.
- Drive and deliver the Firm’s comprehensive People Experience strategy, translating high-level goals into actionable local initiatives.
- Well-being & Retention: Champion initiatives that support employee well-being and drive retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Apprenticeship: Foster a culture of continuous learning by supporting "on-the-job" apprenticeship programs and development opportunities.
- Recognition: Design and implement appreciation programs to recognize contributions and boost morale.
- Oversee the deployment of "Listening Tools" (employee engagement surveys) to gather real-time sentiment data.
- Analyze complex people data to identify trends, summarize key insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations for leadership action.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to the people strategy and adjust approaches based on analytical findings.
