Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle for high-rise, ground-up commercial or multifamily builds.
- Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, cost control, and forecasting for multi-million-dollar projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and critical paths are met.
- Direct subcontractor selection, negotiation, onboarding, and performance management.
- Coordinate closely with project executives, superintendents, estimators, and design consultants.
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes to prevent conflicts and ensure constructability.
- Manage RFI, submittal, change order, and closeout processes.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed on-site.
- Maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary point of contact throughout construction.
- Lead regular OAC meetings, progress updates, and reporting.
- Drive project quality, risk mitigation, and problem resolution.
- Mentor junior PMs, APMs, and project engineers.
- 10+ years of construction experience.
- Required: High-rise ground-up project experience (10+ stories).
- Proven track record managing projects $50M+ from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar preferred.
- strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex budgets.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and industry-standard scheduling tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams.
salary: $160,000 - $170,000 per year
