Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal facts and legal research to support case strategies and attorney advice.
- Maintain comprehensive case management files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
- Organize, prepare, and electronically file pleadings and other court documents in compliance with state and federal rules.
- Manage and coordinate calendars for attorneys, scheduling hearings, depositions, client meetings, and internal deadlines.
- Assist with ediscovery platforms and the management of large document productions, including organizing, indexing, and reviewing data.
- Proficiency in obtaining, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and medical chronologies, which are often central to personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability defense cases.
- Comprehensive experience with trial support, including organizing voluminous exhibits, creating trial binders, and assisting with witness prep.
