Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to drive our growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities. 

The Lead Generation Specialist is a critical front-line role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and initiating contact with potential B2B customers,This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospects for the Sales team.

• Identify target accounts and key decision-makers within the food industry using database.
  
  
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media) to generate new qualified sales leads.
  
  
• Should expect to be on the phone most of the day. 
  
  
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and prospective customer needs to tailor messaging and value propositions effectively.
  
  
• Document all lead activities, qualification details, and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to cold call and engage C-level decision-makers
