- Maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers, Producers, and Carriers through clear and consistent communication across phone, email, and other platforms
- Effectively utilizing our agency management software to accurately process and store all client
- documentation, including policy details and endorsements
- Assisting Account Manager with client inquiries, account updates, and policy renewals
- Collaborating with teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and support
- Acting as a liaison between Account Manager and Carriers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Assisting with claims processing and documenting through office management system
- Providing support by addressing concerns, answering questions, and coordinating service needs as directed
- Staying up to date on products and internal procedures to continuously improve client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital tools and software for client management
- diligent attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Passion for delivering first-class client service and helping others succeed
- Basic knowledge/experience with an agency management system preferred.
- College Degree preferred
- P&C License/Insurance experience is beneficial
