Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - Contract  We are seeking a relationship-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for a 3-6 month contract opportunity. This role is crucial for managing a dedicated portfolio of clients, focusing on building good communication channels while ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities: Account Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and client accounts. Cash Applications: Accurately and promptly apply cash receipts to the correct customer accounts and invoices. Billing & Invoicing: Manage and process client billing, ensuring all invoices are generated and distributed correctly and on time. Account Management & Collections:  Act as a dedicated specialist for an aging account portfolio. This involves proactive communication and relationship building with clients to secure payment, promptly resolve disputes, and maintain positive client relations. Details: Rate: $22 - $25 per hour Duration: 3-6 month contract Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
