• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity for permanent employment after a successful contract period)
• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
• Location: On-site at the client’s office in Delray Beach, FL

Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or call center environment strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
• Prior experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade service industry is a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Answering high-volume inbound phone calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Scheduling service appointments, maintenance calls, and estimate appointments.
• Coordinating with service technicians and dispatch to ensure efficient response times and timely service completion.
• Communicating service costs to customers and processing payments/billing inquiries.
• Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding HVAC services and maintenance plans.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service history in the database.
