This team leads the fraud prevention efforts for the Advisor Services Risk & Supervision Management department. This team supports business goals through the delivery of fraud prevention training, fraud event escalation and support, our proactive fraud call identification program and the resolution of advisor firm data incidents. The team collaborates across the organization to deliver current fraud prevention knowledge and implement business improvements through efficient, disciplined project execution of effective solutions to business problems and opportunities. Responsibilities

• As a Fraud Prevention Manager, you will perform at an individual contributor level.
• Collaborate regularly with business partners, including Service, Alliance, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Financial Crimes Risk Management
• Track fraud trends and train the field and our clients on current fraud trends, fraud prevention tactics and best practices Aid in the resolution of fraud events and advisor firm security data incidents
• Support the company's business in successfully identifying fraud and suspicious activity, escalating this activity to the appropriate investigation teams, and supporting our clients through these events
• Deliver timely internal and external notifications, communications, and presentations of impactful events
• Responsible for representing Advisor Services on enterprise-wide, cross functional strategic initiatives involving fraud
• Exemplify the vision and values of the company
