We are seeking individuals for an Retirement Plan Services Processor position on the west side of San Antonio! Position: Retirement Plan Services Processor New Hire Class Starts: (1/20/2026) Location: In Office Only / Near Sea World  • Pay: $17.96 per hour • Monday - Friday Schedule • Contract Position: 2 Years (Potential to become permanent) • Recruiter Contact Number for this Position: 210-404-4575 / Text Capable • Recruiter Contact Email for this Position: ris-tx_cg-dl@randstadusa.com Key Responsibilities: • Independently process account transactions (such as redemptions, maintenance, and plan establishment). • Conduct limited outbound calls to sponsors, third-party administrators, or advisors to clarify written requests. • Perform quality reviews of transaction processing to ensure accuracy. • Gather and assess information and effectively.

• Read, interpret, and act on instructions provided by investors and financial advisors with a high degree of accuracy.
• Create clear and concise written notes to document work performed when necessary.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate sound judgment in resolving moderate complexity matters.

Qualifications • High learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new concepts, procedures, and processes. • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency is using Windows-based computer systems, including basic Microsoft Excel, web based-browser tools, and troubleshooting.  

• Reliable and consistent accuracy and detail orientation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex inquiries and requests.
• Previous customer service experience required; experience in the retirement industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in a financial institution office or professional environment for 3+ years

Additional Requirements: • Must be willing to work 100% in the office with no option for remote work. • Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and work additional hours if needed. • Ability to take on additional tasks as needed. • Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to respond well to feedback. • High level of honesty, integrity, and ethical standards. • Communicate respectfully and professionally. *Working in a smoke free environment *Working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
