Pay:
$17.75 per hour
Schedule:
- Full-time | 8-hour shifts between 6 AM – 9 PM (includes weekends & holidays)
- Training: 3-4 weeks Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; followed by 8–10 weeks Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7PM
- Post-Training Schedule: Set schedule ranging from Sunday through Saturday, with hours between 6 AM and 9 PM CST

- Be the hero guests didn’t know they needed — answer inbound calls and assist with reservations, questions, and solutions.
- Navigate multiple systems like a pro (think: booking platforms, customer databases, and more).
- Stay calm, cool, and collected — even when juggling multiple tasks.
- Provide WOW-level service every single time.
- Customer service champs who shine in high-energy, high-volume environments.
