Responsibilities
The Project Manager will lead all facets of the project lifecycle, including:
- Project Leadership: Provide executive oversight, technical direction, and guidance to subordinate managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining a close interface with the client, owners, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Financial Management: Rigorously manage the project budget, track costs, and perform accurate financial reporting throughout all phases.
- Compliance & Quality: Enforce company and project policies, ensuring all construction activities align strictly with contract specifications and design documents.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Update and maintain the project schedule with support from the team and ensure continuous coordination across all subcontractors.
- Safety Enforcement: Champion and manage site safety on a daily basis in partnership with the corporate safety vision.
- Pre-Construction: Review new project opportunities and establish comprehensive project estimates.
- Business Development: Act as a firm representative, working to cultivate new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
