Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead all facets of the project lifecycle, including:

• Project Leadership: Provide executive oversight, technical direction, and guidance to subordinate managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  
  
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact, maintaining a close interface with the client, owners, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
  
  
• Financial Management: Rigorously manage the project budget, track costs, and perform accurate financial reporting throughout all phases.
  
  
• Compliance & Quality: Enforce company and project policies, ensuring all construction activities align strictly with contract specifications and design documents.
  
  
• Scheduling & Coordination: Update and maintain the project schedule with support from the team and ensure continuous coordination across all subcontractors.
  
  
• Safety Enforcement: Champion and manage site safety on a daily basis in partnership with the corporate safety vision.
  
  
• Pre-Construction: Review new project opportunities and establish comprehensive project estimates.
  
  
• Business Development: Act as a firm representative, working to cultivate new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
