Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for the advisory team.
- Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handle high-volume phone communications and manage client requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proactively seek and implement opportunities to improve departmental and team processes.
- Report directly to the management team and escalate non-routine issues as necessary.
