- Front Desk Management: Operate the main phone line, answer/screen calls, and greet all facility visitors in a professional manner.
- Visitor Safety & Security: Issue visitor badges and ensure necessary safety documentation is reviewed and signed.
- Office Operations: Process all incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and distribute daily correspondence.
- Supply & Inventory: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, refreshments, and conference room items.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Purchasing Coordinator with purchase requests, orders, and receiving. Provide support for company events and handle various administrative duties as assigned.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and order catering services for meetings and events.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Proven expertise in phone systems, front desk operations, organization, administrative duties, and customer support.
- Bonus: Fluency in Spanish is not required but is considered a significant asset in the Miami area.
