We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join the finance department of a top-tier professional services firm. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing processes. Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation & Quality Control: Prepare, review, and finalize invoices, strictly adhering to specific guidelines, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete. Perform daily verification of the billing output to maintain high production quality standards.
  
  
• Reporting & Data Management: Utilize specialized database software to generate comprehensive time and billing reports. This includes preparing and disseminating preliminary invoices and related reports to Managers.
  
  
• Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Respond to requests for ad hoc financial reports, providing essential data for operational and strategic decisions.
  
  
• System Support & Training: Serve as a key resource for staff by providing direct training and ongoing technical support for core billing and time-tracking applications.
  
  
• Process Versatility & Adaptability: Rapidly acquire proficiency in various external e-billing and third-party invoicing platforms as required.
