In this role, you will support client-facing teams by ensuring complex documents are accurate and processed correctly. You will play a critical part in the "In Good Order" (IGO) process, allowing the broader team to focus on client outreach and investment product onboarding. Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform detailed "In Good Order" (IGO) checks on multiple documents to ensure accuracy and compliance before processing.
- Handle and prioritize assigned client requests, following standardized procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
- Liaison with internal partners to resolve outstanding issues and ensure smooth transaction processing for Investment Only clients.
- 1–3 years of related work experience in the Financial Services industry (Client Services experience is a plus).
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
