Responsibilities
- Expertly manage and maintain a high-volume cash drawer, consistently balancing up to $\$15,000$ daily with proven, exceptional accuracy.
- Diligently process check transactions, enforcing all regulatory and internal compliance standards by verifying endorsements, assessing negotiability, and correctly implementing check hold protocols
- Efficiently process a wide variety of financial transactions, including posting loan applications, completing advances, managing incoming mail deposits, and assisting with night deposit retrieval.
- Act as a trusted financial resource for members, proactively addressing inquiries, resolving account issues, and providing guidance on available financial services according to company guidelines.
