Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and provide direction.
• Answer phone calls and transfer in timely manner.
• Opens work orders, check warranty status & service letter status.
• Perform routine electronic filing and other clerical duties.
• Assisting with opening new customer accounts.
• Prepare and review Technicians times for payroll.
• Maintain insurance certificates.
• Upload warranty information for new machines.
• Issue purchase orders.
• Process and code vendor invoices, scan receipts to the Certify App and submit to Service Manager each month for approval.
• Maintain Cintas uniform requests.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Adhere to all company policies, to include all safety policies.
• Performs additional administrative duties as needed.
